How we're adapting for work with Covid-19

We are taking everything virtual! It's crazy times right now, not gonna lie. But we at LA Creative Realty aren't going to let that get in the way of us making the dreams and goals of our clients and investors a reality! So here is what we are doing and how we're adapting to keep you, us and everyone safe.

Virtual Open House

We will be using a number of different platforms to conduct open houses such as Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, Google Hangouts, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live. From our camera to yours, we will take you through a personal tour of the house, so not only will you be able to do a tour virtually, you will also be able to ask agents questions in real time.

3D Tours

Like virtual tours, we will be providing immersive 3D tours as well, always available on our site for you to explore at your convenience.

In-person meetings

Should an in-person meeting be required, we will be following strict guidelines and safety protocols in cooperation with State and Local Governments and the California Association of Realtors. First, all entrants must sign a Coronavirus Entry Advisory and Declaration (PEAD) which consists of:

• a. A declaration that they do not have fever or other symptoms

• b. They are not currently afflicted and have not been in contact with anyone afflicted within 14 days

• c. All Entrants will inform broker if after the date of signature symptoms develop

This will be facilitated by documentation from the California Association of Realtors and helps protect all parties.

Additional procedures:

• a. All entrants must have face coverings (provided)

• b. We will dispense hand sanitizer on entry

• c. All entrants must wear rubber gloves (provided)

• d. All entrants must wear shoe coverings (provided)

• e. We will dispose of gloves / shoe coverings / masks on exit in a closed trash receptacle outside

• f. We will sanitize all door handles

We take the safety of all parties extremely seriously and as such we will insist:

1. No one will enter without providing proof of funds

2. No one will enter without representing that they have first seen the property marketing information and photos/videos online

We understand this is an uncertain time, but we are tech-savvy, meaning we will use technology to its full extent possible to ensure more physical-distancing during this period, and with that you can be confident that we will do our utmost to be safe and keep everyone safe during these unpredictable times.
